2. User Representations and Warranties

By submitting a request, using this website, or making a payment, you explicitly represent and warrant that:

  • You are at least 18 years of age and possess the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
  • You are the rightful, legal owner of the account, asset, or platform data involved in your request.
  • All information, identities, and documentation you provide to us are 100% accurate, truthful, and lawfully obtained.
  • Your request does not violate any local or international laws, nor does it breach the terms of service of the third-party platforms involved.

3. Indemnification (Your Shield Against Lawsuits)

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless our company, its founders, consultants, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal and attorney fees) arising out of or related to:

  • Any third-party claims or legal actions resulting from services we performed based on your unauthorized or deceptive requests.

4. Limitation of Liability

  • As-Is Basis: This website and our services are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We do not guarantee a specific outcome or successful recovery.
  • Exclusion of Damages: To the maximum extent permitted by law, our company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages—including loss of profits, data, or goodwill—resulting from your use or inability to use our services.
  • Liability Cap: In no event shall our total liability to you for any claim exceed the exact amount you paid to us for the specific service in question.

5. Fraud Prevention, Termination, and Non-Refundability

If we discover or reasonably suspect that you have lied about account ownership, uploaded falsified identification, or attempted to use our platform for malicious purposes, we will terminate your service immediately and ban your access to the website.

In the event of termination due to suspected fraud, misrepresentation, or violation of Section 1, all fees paid up to that point are strictly non-refundable and may be held to cover administrative review costs.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any legal disputes, claims, or proceedings arising out of these Terms or the use of our website shall be brought exclusively before the courts of competent jurisdiction in Abuja or Anambra State.
